YUNÉEKA sells cosmetic skincare. Our products are not medicines and do not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Results vary. Read the label, patch-test, and stop use if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have a skin condition, ask a healthcare professional before use. Each product's description is on its product page.

Prices are in South African rand (ZAR) and are the full price payable to YUNÉEKA. Delivery is added at checkout. Payment is made securely at checkout through our payment provider.

A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. Keep this email as your record of the purchase; account holders can also see their orders in their account. If we can't fulfil an order, we refund you in full.

• Standard Tracked Delivery costs R120 per order.
• Delivery is estimated at 10–25 business days.
• Orders may arrive in separate parcels.
• Tracking details are sent by email.

Some items ship from outside South Africa. Import VAT or customs duties may be charged on delivery by SARS or the courier, where applicable. These are not included in our prices. If an order hasn't arrived in time, contact us. Your ECT Act rights apply.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for reactions from use other than as directed, or for indirect loss. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, the ECT Act or any other law.

We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy. Payments are processed over secure connections by our payment provider.
